Always push yourself past your limits! That is when you will start to see GROWTH!
Switching up your routine and using things such as cables, TRX, etc. can challenge your body in ways unimaginable.
Upper Body work is not my favorite, but I have to remind myself that its just as important!

BUNS in the SUN! Nothing like changing up the scenery when working out. Beach workouts are not only nice because of the scenery. You also get a more strenuous workout because of the sand!
